At Helavo Mobility, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains how you can cancel your order and receive a refund.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Include your order number and request cancellation. Our team will confirm your cancellation status within 24 hours.
3. Refunds After Cancellation
- Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may still return it after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
