However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy provides you with clear guidelines to make the process simple, transparent, and fair.
1. General Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used:
Products that have been assembled, used outdoors, or show visible wear.
Replacement parts or accessories that have been unsealed or installed.
Customized or special-order items.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Helavo Mobility will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund. Photos may be requested to speed resolution.

5. Refunds
Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected:

Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to appear.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
6. Exchanges
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If due to Helavo Mobility’s error, return shipping is covered by us.
If due to customer preference, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank account again.
