1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed via our online shop at Helavo. Our online store is intended for consumers only, and any use for commercial purposes is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon. By using our online shop, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Contractual Partner, Formation of Contract, and Correction Options

The contract is concluded with Helavo US Corporation.

By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract for those items. You may add products to your shopping cart without obligation and modify or remove items at any time before submitting your order.

You have the opportunity to correct your entries during the ordering process using the correction functions provided. The contract is formally concluded when you click the “Order” button, indicating your acceptance of our offer for the items in your cart. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an immediate confirmation by email, confirming receipt of your order.

3. Contract Language and Record Keeping

The contract may be concluded in English.

For your security, we save a copy of the contract, including order details and these Terms and Conditions, on a durable medium and forward it to you via email. Please note that for security reasons, the contract text is not accessible online.

4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery costs are added to the product prices as displayed in the store. Specific delivery charges are explained in the individual product offers.

We ship all orders via courier; pickup by the customer is not available. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our online shop:

Payment is processed securely, and the order is only dispatched after payment confirmation.

6. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Helavo until full payment has been received. Ownership transfers to the customer only upon full settlement of the purchase price.

7. Damage During Delivery

If goods are delivered with visible damage caused during shipping, please:

Report the damage to the carrier immediately.

Notify Helavo without delay at support@helavomobility.com.

Failure to report damage does not affect your statutory rights, including warranty claims. However, reporting helps us assert claims against the carrier or insurer.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

8.1 Liability for Defects

We are legally obliged to provide products that conform to the contract.

For consumers, statutory warranty rights under the law of your country of residence apply.

Any additional guarantees and their specific terms are clearly indicated next to the product description and on special information pages in the online shop.

To exercise your warranty rights, if Helavo deems it necessary to examine the product, you may be asked to return the goods at our expense to the designated address. We are committed to responding to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

9. Liability

Helavo shall be liable without limitation for damages caused by:

Injury to life, limb, or health

Deliberate or grossly negligent breaches of duty

Breaches of guaranteed obligations (if agreed)

Claims by consumers

Except for these cases, civil liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages at the time the contract is concluded.
